The Brewout Distribution Dosing Ring is the tool that the well-known YouTuber Lance Hedricks called a kind of WDT killer in his video about the best tools for distributing coffee grounds. Well, at least the technique of distributing the coffee grounds with this tool is explained. But more on that below.
This tool is a dosing cup, dosing ring, and distribution tool all in one. It impresses with its high-quality, all-metal construction.
It fits under any standard grinder and even saves those of you who do it the distribution technique with the so-called WDT tool, i.e. the acupuncture needles on the bottle cap.

Of course, it's particularly useful in the single-dosing area if you attach particular importance to perfect extraction in every shot.
But how does this thing work now?
It's incredibly simple: Instead of using your ground coffee container, you grind the coffee into the dosing cup by simply removing the metal lid. Then you place the container with the ground coffee on your portafilter as usual. The fit is perfectly suited to any 58mm portafilter and fits perfectly. Now you carefully remove the upper part of the cup while gently stirring. The drop-like shape of the component ensures that the coffee grounds fall finely and evenly into the portafilter and are already compacted by gravity. No readjustment with the WDT tool is necessary. A quick, careful tap with the portafilter helps to compact the grounds a little further and prepares them for tamping. It really is very simple and intuitive.

Ich hatte eine Frage zu bestimmten Mahlscheiben, am Telefon wurde ich sehr gut über die Produkte beraten. Auf die Nachfrage ob eine passende Mühle verkauft wird wurde mir einsehe gutes Angebot unterbreitet, obwohl die Mühle noch nicht in DE vertrieben wurde.
Bei den Produkten handelt es sich um die DF64 Gen 2 und SSP HU 64mm Mahlscheiben. Ich bin mit den Produkten sehr zu zufrieden und liefert bisher gute Ergebnisse, das Einbauen der Scheiben war auch einfach. Allerdings war die Einstellung des Mahlgrades dann etwas tricky daher sollte man sich in Foren über das einstellen und Nullgrad informieren.
Der Prana Chai ist einfach unglaublich lecker. Nicht zu vergleichen mit einem Pulver Chai Latte. Die Vielfalt der Gewürze, abgerundet mit der Hauptzutat Honig macht es zu einem einzigartigen Geschmackserlebnis, das Lust auf mehr macht. Mein neues Morgenritual ist geboren.
Ware wurde sehr schnell verschickt und ist ohne Beschädigung angekommen. Der Artikel befindet sich in einem sehr guten Zustand, Preis war wirklich fair. Kann den Shop nur empfehlen.

wir haben die 078S Single Shot Mühle und die Black Mirror Waage bestellt. Beides kam flott mit dem Paketzusteller. Die Mühle ist sehr hochwertig und mahlt den Kaffee leise. Die Waage ist auch sehr genau. Habe sie mit einer Laborwaage verglichen: beide Werte identisch. Alles in allem ein optimaler Kauf und sehr gute Verkäufer. Vielen Dank.

Die Kinu M47 ist ja sowieso eine Bank; als Classic in komplett Edelstahl erst recht; hier bei brewout habe ich sie noch (als Letzter!) zum alten Preis bekommen, inklusive Hardcase.
Sehr schnell und VK-frei geliefert noch dazu - sie hatte schon mehrere Einsätze und schlägt sich, wie erwartet, bestens! Macht viel Freude.
Die SSP SL V3 Mahlscheiben sind in Deutschland nicht so einfach zu bekommen. Schön, dass Brewout sie im Sortiment hat. Lieferung war schnell und ich bin sehr zufrieden.
